  • It's unfortunate that I ever dealt with this company. I wish I'd read the reviews before ever signing up. Don't believe anything they say, you'll be charged astronomically beyond what you're quoted and then told 'I'm so sorry, there's nothing I can do'. I thought Cox was the big bad...they've got nothing on this company. Run. Away. They'll tell you a bunch of lies about Cox Internet service too...it's bullshit. Wish I'd never heard of Prism. Wish I could tear myself out of this bullshit contract too, but hey, life is full of disappointments.
