The price is right: $12 for the typical low-end manicure experience. Don't expect to have an engaging conversation with the nail tech. Do expect a decent looking manicure. Mine lasted a good 5 days before showing any signs of chipping.
For the hand massage, they keep individual servings of lotion in some type of heater. Good. The guy (yes, guy) doing my nails literally turned around to watch the giant tv the entire time he was massaging my hands. Not so good. But hey, some $12 manicures probably don't even include a hand massage.
If you really want to treat yourself and feel pampered, go someplace else. If you want a quick manicure that looks good, then this place does the job. I was in and out in about a half hour and was pleased with the outcome.
