  • I wish I knew how the doctors were here but as others have mentioned the time keeping this office has is terrible. I had a 3:45 appointment. I have a 5month old so I got there around 3:30 to take care of paper work, co pay... 4:00 rolls around, ok.. no biggie.. I get there will be a wait, not a busy waiting room mind you... 4:20 the check my daughters weight, and bring us into a small waiting room. Doc will be here soon.. sweet. 4:30--4:40 4:50 my daughter is now asleep. My husband goes to see if perhaps something major happened or whatever. A nurse comes in says we needs to test my daughter, and we ask why, she says "is you're kid .. blah? " no... She leaves comes back says the doctor should be by shortly..... :( It's a little past five,my daughter is just not having it anymore. She's been a good baby but I don't blame her. I told the nurse that I will have to go. She tells me we are to be next but doesn't give me a time frame. I got my copay back, I told them this was disappointing. I wasn't angry, rather sad about the whole ordeal. I mean I just, don't understand why such bad timing on their end. I don't i felt robed about the whole thing. I drove away frustrated about it all. They did however call me, I had missed the call but in their VM there was no apology just "Let me explain this what we do" I won't call or go back.
