  • These folks are always a hit and miss. The dispatchers are usually nice, though one of them is a pretentious jackass. What annoys me with the company is when you get drivers that have to ask me directions. That's their job to know their way around the city, at least main areas such as downtown and the airport. A serious looking into their hiring practices is much needed. Perhaps drivers that are familiar with the city should be hired?
