  • Amazing customer service! You get what you pay for - I have been a loyal client for years, and have never had a problem with anything I have bought around the world. They are really good about repairs if there ever is an issue. I was at the Chinook location last night buying a birthday gift for my mom. I can't recall the sales girl's name - I'll find her card and add it to my review as she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to show me options, and ensured my purchase was within my budget. I should also note that I had visited Birks in Chinook last night as well - I was not even greeted while I browsed the store. It's my rule that I will never buy something in a store if I am not acknowledged. So they didn't get the sale, and I left to head over to Tiffany's - where I was greeted several times and helped immediately!
