I worked with Brooke last year to get my every day nutrition on track as I started training for my first Ironman. Brooke helped me get on track with my daily nutrition so that I had all nutrients needed for Ironman training, she gave me recipes, a list of foods to eat for protein, fat and carbs. Each meeting we reviewed my food journal and adjusted as needed based on my training. We worked on my fueling for my training and race day as well. And thanks to Brooke I had zero issues with my stomach during my Ironman (first RACE ever that I did not have stomach issues) - it was 100% on point and I completed my event feeling good. For me the most important thing Brooke taught me was to eat "real" food. What a difference she made in my life and in my training!
