We had heard great things about them! Before the wedding reception, they were great to work with. The contract stated they would be there to set up at 3. I finally called at 4!! The guests were coming at 5! Since we were providing the lanterns for the center pieces, I got them all on the tables. Finally a guy showed up around 4:15, since I didn't know if I should turn them on right away and the guy didn't know either since the stylist hadn't shown up yet!!! She finally came around 4:30 so here I am (mother of the bride) running around turning on lanterns 15 minutes before guest arrived! I have to say the flowers and center pieces were beautiful and they did knock some money off the bill since I complained. So I thought it was over. The check was mailed and cashed. HOWEVER we just got an email asking where our payment was. And did we need to make arrangements! Good Lord. A terrible way to run a business! Keep these things in mind before you book them!
