  • I am updating my review thanks to Dr. Bivens care for my situation. He took the time to reach out to me after my vet visit about my prior concerns, and to check up on my pup Daisy to make sure that she was still doing well. I was very impressed with his recollection to certain details that I had shared with him prior to this conversation. Considering my first vet visit there wasn't the best, I greatly appreciate the passion that he has shown to his profession to make things right. He did reassure me with facts and details of that day to ensure that they followed every protocol they have, and that they took every precaution to keep every puppy that comes in safe. I do believe Dr. Bivens genuinely cares for his patients and clients. My mom, and her boyfriend trust Dr. Bivens with their three Labradors and have said nothing but great things about him. They wanted to follow him when he relocated to this location but decided it was too far for them to travel. I will consider going back here in the future, if you are looking for a vet that genuinely cares I do recommend Dr. Bivens.
