  • Complete and total garbage service! It took 2 hours to Simply get my oil changed, service is completely backed up and the obnoxious woman in front continues to lie to people calling on the phone asking to speak to the service department she says they're all on the phone and busy. Then when she hangs up from an angry customer she commiserates with the 20 salesman standing around doing nothing and complains about people calling and complaining. I have 2 Ford vehicles coming off of lease in approximately 5 months I would never purchase a car here!
