rev:text	On May 13th, 2014, we went to the corporate office office off of Durango. Anthony the service guy had our vehicle a day to diagnose. We returned the next day when they told us they had figured out what was wrong to find out that their vendors could not find the parts. He only shrugged and said I dont know what you want us to do. So after educating myself on the parts and searching hi and low on the internet I finally found the parts, confirmed them with Anthony and ordered them myself. I took the parts in to the store on May 27th only to find out that he had told me the wrong part. I was pissed off because I had wasted 2 weeks at this point of my own time. I spoke with Anthony (tech), Randy (store manager) at the store. They said they would try to come up with a plan for service. After leaving the store I called another location to see If I could reach someone that could actually help me. They gave me the number for Howard Jr (GM). I called and spoke with Howard Jr, who apologized for the service I had received and said I should have never had to order my own parts because they didn't accept customer supplied parts. He said that he would make the situation right. He understood that finding parts for older vehicles was difficult, but they shouldnt have just brushed me off. It took them a day to find and order the right parts. We just picked it up a week later. When I voiced my concern over the process to Randy the manager at the location he got out of his chair and left with no response. I am so utterly pissed off at the lack of respect and service I wont ever go back!
