WARNING!! THEY DO NOT HAVE TRAINED TECHS AND BREAK PHONES WITHOUT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. READ ALL REVIEWS CAREFULLY! My phone was working fine before having their tech come to replace screen. It is an iPhone 6 and the Touch ID worked it connected to my carrier and wifi like it should. The tech that came out was young and nice he worked on my phone for about 40 min which is a long time for screen replacement. When he returned it to me things appeared fine but he did causally mentioned how he had to bend the frame of phone slightly. I didn't think much of it paid him in cash(my mistake)and he left. I immediately tried to Connect to Wi-Fi and to my network carrier and it failed at both. Then I noticed that there was a dent on the side of my phone as well as a large blue dot in the middle of screen. By this time the company had closed so I left a voicemail and received a call back the next day. At first they were helpful and apologetic she promised she would send out her best guy instead of the inexperienced guy she initially sent out. So the guy who has more experience comes out to take a look at my phone and he replaces the screen again which fixes the blue dot problem and he tried to fix the dent without success he also doesn't fix the touch ID that was broken by the previous tech and doesn't fix the problem of not being able to connect to Wi-Fi or to the network carrier. I called the supervisor once again and she basically told me they are not responsible. Not only did I waste $113 on the repair but they ruined my iPhone 6 which put me in the hole for another $400. I'm going to take further action and hopefully this company will do the right thing. It's simple really my phone needed a screen replacement and that's it. After they came to replace the screen nothing on my phone worked. It's simple you broke my phone make it right.
