  • I happen upon Presotea every now and then and always take the opportunity to sample the tea on promotion - I've never tried something I didn't like. I can't imagine trying something here that I wouldn't like. The bubbles....pearls....tapioca.....whatever you like to call them....are cooked and served to perfection - they are fresh! I regularly order one of their signature drinks called early grey trio which is comprised of earl grey milk tea, pearls, grass jelly, and pudding. I order it half sweet with regular ice - yes - customers get to specify how they like to enjoy their tea. Details like this are important and I'm impressed that they take the time to care about them:) The ordering process includes providing your name and then your cup is labelled with your name and order - so come up with a good name before placing your order:) The staff are knowledgeable about their menu, attentive to their customers, and seem to go above and beyond to make the customer experience great. Light and modern decor, similar to a coffee shop, and nicely located on 17th Ave - a great street for a stroll any time of day:)
