  • Don't even want to give a one star to this place. Had an appointment with Nikki and after sitting in the chair for 20 minutes was told they couldn't get a hold of her and didn't know where she was and that there was nobody to do my hair. Who just doesn't show up to work and doesn't call?! When I'm paying hundreds of dollars I would expect much better customer service than that. Not sure about hairdressers but in the real world if you don't show up to work with no explanation you get fired. The salon owner may want to think twice about having these kind of people working in your salon! The worst customer service ever! Don't go to this salon!
