  • I just bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Chris Lopez, who I worked with exclusively. I would recommend using him 100%. Before I met Chris I had already been to several dealerships, I had negotiated prices, and I had been thoroughly frustrated. Every other person I worked with at every other dealership was "slimy" and I had a horrible experience working with. It was the same story everywhere else - the prices quoted were too high, I had to choose off their lot even if it wasn't what I wanted, and they were pushy (sometimes very pushy) --- I get it, they are working for commission etc. but my experience everywhere else was horrible. My experience with Christ Lopez on the other hand was phenomenally different. We sat down, he gave me his price, he said I could order a truck, and we negotiated plasti dipping the front grill and back bumper as I wanted it all black. The dealership in N. Scottsdale after like 20 minutes of negotiations wouldn't even come within like $800 of this quote that Chris offered me in 30 seconds, and they would not allow me to order a truck. Service - I forgot to even bring up the tint during negotiations, and after the deal was done he tinted the truck, buffed a scratch that I already got within a week of offroading in the desert, and because the plasti dip didn't work the first time I brought it in, the second time he painted the bumper (which definitely cost him more) at no expense to me. Chris Lopez exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend him to anyone.
