  • Initially i loved this place! They're quality is still amazing but as of today i don't think I'll be coming back. I made an appointment and i am still in my seat going on an hour past when i scheduled my appointment waiting to get a pedicure. I understand they are busy, however is is disrespectful to take walk ins before someone who made an appointment, and keep them waiting for an hour. If they are so busy they should have turned away the walk ins or let me know that they couldn't do mine anymore at this time.this has now effect my plans for the day. Beyond disappointed, especially due to when I'm a walk in and they never tend to me first as appropriate, then when i made an appointment I'm not tended to at all.
