  • I took my cat here for surgery to remove a stone from his bladder. Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly. However upon arriving home and removing my cat from his carrier I discovered that he had licked his incision clean, removing all of the surgical glue holding the outer part of his incision closed? No one checked this before crating him up and releasing him to me?No cone was provided to keep him from licking? I know it didn't happen on the way home as it was a 5 minute drive and he cried the whole time. It was too late in the day to return. I had to take him back in the nest day for them to reapply the glue, and I was asked to assist in holding him down??? It was traumatic for both he and I. They acted as if our return was an inconvenience and there was no compassion or bedside manner after the bill was paid and we had to come back. Needless to say I asked for copies of all his records and will never return.Very disappointed.
