I went here because of the convenient location and they were open late so I didn't have to take a day off to get my massage. I walked in 20 minutes early and was checked in and given my paperwork. The front desk was very polite and I was walked to the sitting area where I filled out my paperwork since this was my first visit. One of the girls at the front desk explained I had 5 minutes consulting at the beginning and 5 minutes to get dressed after so the massage is actually 50 minutes. I kept track of the time since that's what I'm paying for. The massage therapist met me about 5 minutes after my scheduled time. The massage itself was good and beneficial however it was average in the sense I had chair massages in the past that were better. After it was done the massage therapist asked how it was and gave me a cup of water. Upon paying at the end the front desk tried to sell a membership to me which I polite fully declined. I expected more as I basically got a 45 minute massage due to the massage therapist being 5 minutes late. The impression I got is that this is a place that just tries to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
