  • Worst customer service ever. I called to schedule an appointment with a Groupon that expires in the next week. They were all booked and offered to let me use the Groupon after the expiration for an extra $10 charge. I asked why, and was told with an attitude that I had 6 months to use the Groupon. They obviously don't care at all about getting clients in there, much less about treating them as valued clients. So I'm going to try to get a refund because I'd rather not trust my body to a masseuse that can't even provide decent customer service. I would avoid this place at all costs based on my personal experience as well as the other terrible reviews all over the internet.
