What can i say. Last time we were here in august 2016, our kids appt was in the morning but the dentist was late and they ask us if it's ok to reschedule in the afternoon (after waiting for over an hour). I agreed and when we came back in the afternoon, it felt like everything was rushed. Anyway, moving forward to today, I called in the morning to confirm the time of my kids appointment today (I called 702-843-0921 which was the the # listed on google) the person said it's at 5pm. At the same time I cancelled my son's appt due to his work but kept my daughter's appt at 5pm today. I got to the absolute dental office at 430pm just to be told that they can't accept our appointment because they stop accepting patients at 430pm. Ummm... I have an appointment at 5pm which i confirmed earlier. The front desk person said that I have spoken to the central office and they don't know that they stop seeing pts at 430pm. She said they tried to call back today but I didn't get any call from them today. Frustating. I don't care if you change your management. If you gave me an appointment at 5pm, you should still accept us because you gave me that appointment 6 months ago. You should honor it and not telling me now I am in your office that I have to reschedule because you dont accept after 430pm.
