If you are preparing for a marathon, i suggest you don't visit this place for a while. Nobody eats heavy in the middle of a marathon also but if this is in your route then just come back right after.
If you are not preparing for a marathon, i suggest you run 10 laps around the nearest park so you will be voraciously hungry for a hardcore breakfast adventure here.
Other than my two suggestions, this homey place is a local favorite which brings a lot of good vibes to your belly.
