  • I used Charlotte Mechanical to fixed my AC which was not cooling the unit, and ended up paying $1,000 to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, not only did they ripped me off with their pricing, they did not fix the problem. 1 month later, my AC is broken again and not cooling down. I've called them to complain and get someone to take a look at the AC Unit, but guess what?... I would have to pay again for them to just go take a look at it! I'm obviously not giving them any more money. I have consulted with other companies on the issue I had, and they all have said that Charlotte Mechanical stole my money when I supposedly got it "fix" a month ago. I also tried going to their offices and when I got there no one opened the door, even though, there were many people inside. If I could give this company a ZERO, I would give them that. They only care about taking your money, and not taking care of their customers... UNBELIEVABLE! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, if I do not get contacted by them after I called yesteryear.
