  • I have come to this location many times over the years. It has always been excellent service and my vehicle has always looked great when done. Unfortunately, the last TWO times has been a totally different experience. I always buy the diamond car wash which is $40. That includes wash, hand dry, vacuuming, and detailing. When I bring my car in it's never that bad to begin with. It's Usually just cup holders, vacuuming and leather polish that's needs done. Well the last two times they have forgotten to vacuum my trunk, which is included in my package. (They never even opened the trunk) This time my car floor mats were never even lifted to be vacuumed under. My leather seats were "half way" polished. Cup holders were not touched. Dirt on seats were very noticeable. My chrome rims were black in many places. Water spots all over my car. I'm so DONE. Steve the manager is making it right and giving me a free "redo" another day. Honestly I'm not even sure I want to come back with the way my vehicle was treated.
