  • My friends took me to Buffalo Chip for the first time last night and what an amazing night it was! The bartenders are great, I love that they have dancing and live music, and it was fun to watch the bull riding. It would be rough during the summer that they do so much outside but since they just finished restoring the inside, I don't know if everything being outside is normal or they just haven't moved it back in yet. During the fall though, it's perfect. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was fantastic. I'm not a huge BBQ fan but I will order that again and again. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have the Smirnoff Coolers. I didn't give it 5 stars because our waitress was a bit slow. I know that it was busy but she couldn't remember our drink orders very well. We preferred to go the drinks from the bar ourselves. The drinks were a bit on the pricey side but other than that, I very much enjoyed my time there. Someone who I think is the manager stopped by a few times to see how we were doing, but he never introduced himself so I don't know for sure.
