rev:text	I'm so relieved I took my mastiff to this clinic. I began her consult at Red Rock Animal Hospital, their second location, with Dr Hayward who was unbelievably caring and thorough and who brought in Dr Yach for an additional consult. Dr Yach travelled to Red Rock that same day to do an immediate ultrasound and then arranged a short notice surgery at West Flamingo with the option to bring in a specialist. Working with all the doctors made it easier for me to make some difficult decisions with the reassurance that we were doing all we could to save her. Because there were a number of possible scenarios, I requested immediate updates on any procedures or costs, which I received. Dr Yach took time out from the surgery to let me know what they had found while operating allowing me to approve everything. I extended their two-day recommendation for her to stay with them under observation to three days and received daily reports. What shocked me the most though was how happy she was when I picked her up (she didn't want to leave!) and how well she had recuperated. The post-op medicine instructions were so clearly written out that they're the best I've ever received and the treatment report I requested afterward confirmed how thorough the team was in caring for her, noting all her actions and behavior to the minute. I've always had large breed dogs and treating them is never cheap but the the knowledge and speed that West Flamingo and Red Rock treated her with was priceless and the service from all the staff really helped turn a traumatic experience into something more positive and bearable. Thank you to everyone who helped care for my girl I am beyond grateful.
