  • Not too impressed with this new place. The staff tend to be young hipsters- eh. Service leaves a bit to be desired, from my experience... A friend and I were all but ignored by a female bartender there recently. The music is often too loud to dine/converse comfortably. I don't really go to this place for beer- not when The Ideal is right next door. UPDATE: After giving Alchemy numerous chances- and even though the food can be really good sometimes- I GIVE UP! The service SUCKS. Snotty, inattentive, and downright RUDE. I am done with it. One star from me at this point.
