  • We had a fiasco caused by Porch.com. Their incompetent technician was unable to install the kitchen faucet properly and shut off our reverse osmosis system in the process. He worked on our job for about 6-7 hours ?!?! and left at 8:30 pm without completing the job and us without water. The next day, Sunday, we called Pure Plumbing and they had a fantastic plumber out to our house (Dave) who was able to fix the entire problem in under two hours. Dave is super personable and knows his stuff. Thanks so much Pure Plumbing.
