  • I've been here since 11:30am for a possibly dislocated knee. People who checked in after me are getting called back and this is absolutely ridiculous. I have very light feeling and tingling in my toes, I'm on crutches, and experiencing sharp pain. What the hell is the deal!?! This is definitely the last time I'm ever coming to this place. Seems like the front office staff is more focused on their personal business than advocating for the obvious. Not one person offered to give me a wheelchair or anything! Not saying I'm entitled, but a little common courtesy leaves a lasting impression. Glad to know I'm still sitting here while my condition is worsening. Whatever, I expect nothing less from UMC.
