There is nothing I can't tell you the other 700+ people haven't already, but I need to add my two cents.
Bouchon is a wonder in Las Vegas. I hit this place for breakfast (if I get up in time) at least twice each trip to the city. The clouds of pommes frites, crusty epi baguettes and wonderful sauces keep me coming back.
What doesn't: the service. Out of the multitude of times I have eaten here, I have only once gotten decent service. Is it the early mornings? The management? I don't know, but they can't keep any decent servers here. It is bordering on comical.
But one moment thinking of their tuna tartine, and I am back there again, wanting more.
