  • I say this guy is beyond brash. He is off-putting and gives the entire place a bad feeling. I hope my vacuum does not need to go back for the 1 yr warranty bc I would hate to have to revist this place. I am glad I did not leave my sewing machine for service. I will do business elsewhere. The sense is that this guy is on a power trip, arrogant, condescending, power trip (maybe a woman thing? since he seemed to tone it down for the man in the store?). I will definitely never go back here. Life is too short to pay $108 and be treated like a piece of dirt.
