  • When you come in you intend to get the whole burger exactly as they have it in the menu with all the ingredients. This was not the case this time around. The Bahn Mi patty was not in stock at all today. They recommended a plain beef patty. I honestly thought they had a better thought process than this. I'm sorry, but don't even think of selling this perfect burger without all of the ingredients. With this being the case today, I couldn't believe they wouldn't even offer some kind of discount for a burger that wasn't complete. The Bahn Mi burger is suppose to have shrimp in the patty. This was left out and I was given a plain patty. I left there without giving a tip for the first time ever. I gave the stars I did today because the truffle fries and the pork buns were spot on as always. I removed stars because of the lapse in judgement in recommending an incomplete product and not thinking of giving a discount of any kind.
