  • Guess I hit a nerve. Someone contacts me and says they have a comprehensive 20, 20 ,10 warranty. I have a legal background and know how to read warranties. Salesman totally contradicts what is in writing. Writing wins in contract law. The salesman even took the contract to see what I was talking about. My warranty on my new windows is 100 years plus when we move the new owners get 30- years.
