rev:text	Stayed in a 2 bedroom penthouse with an incredible view. The room was awesome, expensive but well worth the price. Great experience. A few things that got under my skin were I added guests names to my room at the front desk and everytime I called, they would call me by the other guests last name instead of mine. Last time I checked, the bill was in my name so it's respectful to use the right name. Also the parking situation needs to be fixed asap. I was already warned that mgm resorts charged, but I had pearl membership and wouldn't be. But the stupid machine would not read my card correctly. The first few times in and out of the parking lot, I had no problems. I even went to get a reprint twice. But the lady I dealt with the last few nights I was there was rude as hell and was telling me that I needed to fix my card asap. No no, you listen here. I have my pearl players card and did what I needed to do. Now if your machines aren't reading my card correctly, that's your problem. The other attendants just wrote down my player card number and let me through... This piece of work decides to tell me what I need to do because she Cleary had no idea what she was doing. She wouldn't let me through and kept me waiting over 5 minutes each time I got up to her because my card wasn't being read by the machine. She calls someone and they tell her to evenually let me through but I was in a hurry and stayed 5 nights and having to deal with that the last few days when I was already tired and annoyed for getting two replacement cards already and then having her tell me I need to fix it, no lady. I paid over $3k for a penthouse suite, AND I have a pearl players card, gold now after my trip... figure it out and make it easy for the customer to do business with you. Not sit there and make them wait and make other cars wait and argue Who's right and wrong. All the other attendants let me through but this one red headed lady was just a piece of work. I wish I had gotten her name but man was she something. Other than that.... I had a magical time. I hope they get rid of her because she took away some of that magic.
