  • I'm not sure how the other reviewer could possibly get this impression. Cynthia is about the nicest, more customer-service oriented person I've ever met in a small business owner. I was in Phoenix on business and had extra time to explore mid-century furnishing shops. I happened upon C-MOD while at the neighboring shop. Her furnishings are amazing, and her collection of signage and letters are fantastic. The pricing is also pretty great too. I found a large set of letters from a service station, "SERVICE". On my second trip to Phoenix, the letters were still available, but the measurements were too long for our intended wall. Cynthia agreed to send a portion of them, "VICES", that would fit. She arranged for shipping, etc. The shipper was less than admirable, and slow. The letters showed up broken, because he used UPS and didn't wrap them properly. Cynthia took charge and sent us a replacement "E" (the most damaged), at no charge. She put a lot more effort into this than the money she made on selling the letters to me. I could not have had a better experience with a business owner, and a wonderful person!
