This store has "managers" that aren't trained in customer service. They are rude, self righteous arrogant, power delusional kids. After switching carriers, bought 3 new phones from them and being new customers they flat out refused to help straighten out a situation that was their fault. Verizon claimed to have improved customer service and to their defense, calling the service line they were apologetic and volunteered to right the situation. The store is fine if it's easy for them, but if you have a problem they have no interest in helping because it's too difficult for them to figure out.
