  • I went in this afternoon to get a flu shot. I've lived in the area for 10+ years and this was my second time in the store. As I waited in line behind one other couple as I moved to the counter the tall guy stepped away. We made eye contact yet he didn't acknowledge me until he began a conversation with another associate. He then stated...ill be right with you. He appeared to continue his conversation with her. A couple of minutes passed...I LEFT. My time is more valuable than to wait on poor customer service. I see this store has a less than 2.5 star rating. I'm not surprised. I should have checked with Yelp prior to my arrival.
