This place ROCKS!!! OMG such amazing history of organized crime and it's influence on American culture. I went here for my birthday and it was so super cool. There are 3 floors of incredible photos, images, artifacts, and interactive experiences (you get to shoot tommy guns and the see the bricks from the Valentine's Day Massacre and many more). I have always been facinated by the rise of this particular era in our history, but learned so much more from the tours and the overviews throughout the place. There are stairs and elevators to help you go up and down. It took us about 3 hours to walk thru the entire experience. Everything was so awesome right down to the role of Vegas in organized crime. Broads, booze, casinos, money, and even fashion were influenced by mobsters and career criminals. I won't spoil the show, but the impact of organized crime on American politics is one to take note of.....this is a must see for visitors and locals alike. Locals get buy one/get one free tickets on Tuesdays. And check online for other promotions prior to purchasing. Parking is paid. But the museum is a few walking blocks away from Freemont Street.
