  • If I could cover and minus starI would. This is probably one of the worst management companies I've ever encountered to date. They do absolutely nothing to manage my building in Lake Las Vegas. Their maintenance people walk into my unit without notice or permission. Illegal! My upstairs neighbor is a complete pig he let his dog urinate on the patio Which has destroyed my awning not to mention my patio They only give me excuses for two months now! They don't bother to even change lightbulbs in the elevator let alone outside in the parking lot with pitch black at night. When I bring any of this to the management trust attention they give me the runaround. They're on ethical and moral and should not be in business. But it's probably great place to work because you don't have to do much
