  • So sorry we wasted our rewards points here. First morning we are there they call and wake us up at 9:56am with a sales call. Really?? I'm on vacation. Can't you have enough decency to not call before at least 11? 10 minute wait to check in and almost that to check out. Then on the morning of check out they call at 10:26 asking if we need help with our luggage because we hadn't checked out. (Usually rewards members get an extra hour to leave.) Not here apparently--get the hell out seems to be the motto. The dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod was also a nice touch along with the sink that would not hold water. We've had many great experiences in Vegas at the Marriott Residence Inn on Hughes Center Dr. We will stay there next time.
