  • This was our second home purchase and it was a little more complicated as we were moving across the country. Our realtor gave us Leslie's name because in his words 'every time we have a closing where she is involved the process is seamless'. Leslie was incredible to work with. She was organized, knowledgeable and, something which is equally important, accessible. Leslie understands the current market and rates, she understands the home buying process and she can answer any questions which may arise. Leslie was able to lock in a rate which was the lowest competitive rate at the time and was able do it while keeping closing cost affordable. When it came time to provide documentation and the final steps before closing, Leslie was on top of it. Most of the time she was diligently working in the background and only came to me when there were questions. At closing, the process was a simple formality. Sign the dotted line and you are done. No surprises, nothing missing, everything was seamless. Above all, what impressed with me with Leslie was ensuring we were not financing too much home. We were able to be approved for more than we needed but she was diligent in understanding our financial situation and helped up determine how much home we could truly afford (and need). Her cost projections hit the nail on the head. I won't use anyone else in the Phoenix area!
