  • Went here for my first Brazilian and i can honestly say the service was great. I did read previous reviews but have a friendly who consistently goes here and is always raving about it that i decided to give it a try anyways. Based on previous reviews, I feel as if maybe they revamped their staff and put more emphasis on service. Upon my arrival after checking in, Leah was already at the door waiting for me. She definitely gave me a welcoming greeting and made me feel comfortable walking back without even knowing it was my first time until I laid on the table. She was so sweet!! She asked my preferences on what would make the process easier for me, she made conversation with me to make sure my mind wasn't focused on the pain, and even cracked a few jokes here and there. She remembered my friend who referred me which shows how personal she is with her clients and gave me recommendations for future waxes and products that would help with the waxing. I loved her and already have my appointment schedule for next time. Only reason they're getting a 4 star and not 5 is because I will say the process was really fast but I fault myself for not speaking up on it until afterwards and she did say she would slow down for our next appointment
