rev:text	Worst experience in Vegas! I have never felt inclined to write a bad yelp review before, but Melanie the manager of this location is was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in any sort of service industry. I have been coming here for quite some time for the convenience of it being located right down the road from my house aside from them never being on time with their appointments I made an apt to bring a friend in to get gel pedicures and to get a few nails that had chipped off fixed. When I sat down to get my nails done the technician redid all of my nails when I went to pay they've been tried to charge me again for a gel manicure in which the girl on the phone had told me would be free to fix when I refused to pay for their mistake I still tipped my technician $20 as it was not her fault and she did a good job. Melanie handled the situation like an immature teenager who has never felt with a customer service issue in her entire life. Melanie then wrote slanderous things about me for the next time I came in I saw that she wrote I was a liar and all sorts of other things on my customer profile. This was visible for me to see when they pulled up my profile the next time I came in. There are far too many great nail salons in the area to have a person who calls themselves a manager to write bad thins about you for all of their employees to see every time you come to check in. Diamond nail on rainbow is much better, has much better color selection, and has hours open until 11pm!! Go see them instead!!
