I decided to try someplace different and I have passed Cain's in my travels. I will start with the good. I liked my waitress. She was nice and attentive. There were many beers on tap to choose from. I started with a house salad and found it to be yummy. The french fries were hand cut.
There is a section on the menu for barbecue and I decided to try the ribs. They touted that they slow cooked the meats. I have eaten great barbecue in my life and this was not it. The ribs were dry and overlooked. It did not seem like authentic slow cooked ribs to me. I barely ate half of the order. I'm sure that there is better food at this restaurant but I'll pass on the barbecue in the future.
