  • It's sometimes harder to talk about a person who is outstanding in all ways but here goes. When my wife and I made the decision as we drove home from Las Vegas to sell our vacation condo in Summerlin we had no knowledge of the realtors near our condo in Summerlin. After spending a few days looking at reviews and web sites. We decided to call and talk with Chris. After our conversation with him we're very impressed with his real estate knowledge, professional manner, past sales, knowledge of the Summerlin area and willingness to get the sale made. We set a date and time to meet him at the condo, sign the needed paperwork and have the photographer take the needed pictures for posting online. The pictures turned out outstanding, and with Chris's professional sales' job the Condo sold in three days! We were able to sign all paperwork electronically and kept in contact with Chris by both text and phone. It was great as I could ask numerous question and he always gave us a professional answer.
