  • I'm assuming there have been some changes from the previous reviews with one star because as far as my experience from this dentistry, it was nothing short of amazing! from scheduling to imaging, to billing, to the hygienist, all the way to the dentist, every person there truly cares about the patient and takes pride in their job. They were very gentle and treated me with great compassion. They definitely have an air of teamwork and family feel. I would definitely return, and refer them to others, as I have not been able to stop leaving with a smile everywhere I go. Which I believe should always be any dentistry's goal. Thank you Promenade Dental Group and Orthodontics for setting the bar. There may be other facilities with more emphasis on selling you a bill of goods with what they have vs others, however, you can't put a price on genuine care and this facility outshines the rest in that aspect.
