| - This O'Reilly is located across from the DMV on Sahara, and it's a slightly larger O'Reilly than many in the city. It's considered to be a hub store, as they carry more parts than normal to support the many car dealerships that are located along the East Sahara corridor. Inside it's a typical O'Reilly store decor and layout wise. It's not as clean and spiffy as Autozone, you can tell the building has seen better days, etc. But they carry a few extra things other O'Reilly locations don't. They also have a sizeable old school speed parts section that will make a lot of guys smile (HEI ignition parts? Edelbrock parts? Yep, those were the days).
Service here has been hit or miss. In some cases I've had great service, I get in, get what I want and help finding it, pay and get out of there. Other times I'm in the process of being helped and then the guy's gone, running up to check the phone at the counter and leaving me hanging. Not cool. Don't bail on me if you're helping me. Still I've been back problems and all because they have what I want. And while I can buy wiper blades cheaper at Wal-Mart who wants to deal with long checkout lines to save a buck or two?
4 Stars - Because while there are cheaper alternatives, the combination of selection, service, speed, and even price comes together to make for a good customer experience.
