  • As I walk into robeks, I pass a lady who is smoking a cigarette right next to the front door. I plan to tell an employee that you should tell customers to smoke a little further from the entrance but I convince myself it's not a big deal. As I'm placing my order I notice that the lady who was smoking outside the door was actually a employee! I watch her as she goes behind the counter and starts helping with some orders...she didn't wash her hands after smoking. I was disgusted. Also, both of the employees that were working were basically wearing their pajamas. Not professional at all. Never going back to that location again.
