We generally don't come here because they are almost always understaffed and pricing is higher than Smith's, but they have better produce and meat. I came on a Friday afternoon and there wasn't a cart in sight. I'm here with my two kids one of which has an ear infection who's crying and fussy the entire time. Hard to walk around and shop if you don't have anything to hold your kid or groceries. Walked around for a while trying to find a cart anywhere in the store but nothing. Talked to a girl named Ashley who looked to be some sort of manager and told her about the cart situation. She said and I quote "Yeah I know we don't have enough...." Then walked away. Meanwhile im not the only person standing around looking for something to put all their damn groceries in. Literally counted at 6 others waiting just for something to load up in. There weren't even any hand baskets. As little Ashley started to stroll away without any solution, apology, nothing... I reminded her Smith's does indeed have carts. Without bothering to even look back she replied, "well isn't that nice of you to say. have a nice day" and continued to walk away. This place is close but I'll take an extra couple minutes to go to Smith's from now on. This grocery stores been dying for a long time and I can see why. All she had to say was, hey sorry we will work on getting some carts in here rather than being dismissive. Meanwhile the necessity for carts at a grocery store isn't a new thing. Maybe the cart black market has them on their list or something. Perhaps they should think about cart rationing? Or buy some more figgin carts!
