  • Had the worst experience here when I came with my kids. I've read a couple of bad reviews and chose to ignore them but boy was I wrong. Not even 5 minutes into my visit here I was met by this condescending tool named Noor. All I did was ask a couple of questions about where my 2 kids could jump and why I wasn't allowed to jump near them and he looked at me and gave me a "did you really just f**ing ask that question" kind of expression to his face. At this point i'm already annoyed and am about to leave, then this guy has the nerve to tell me i'm better off going to chuck e cheese with a snobby grin on his face. Guy was a total ass about everything. Talk about customer service. People, save your money and time and visit a different location where dickhead employees don't want to run you out of the building.
