I'm writing this review for my father, must say for the store being slammed he was still able to be helped and questions answered. The workers are assigned to specific stations and if they don't know an answer they walkie talkie someone who has the answer. I can appreciate that other being told, I don't know or making something up. It helps to make an appointment for the Genius Station, which my father did. Then we moved to looking at more products and was helped promptly. I usually get clastraphobic in stores but I felt comfortable the entire time. They should maybe consider doubling the size of their stores.
