Not only did the manager call me a couple days after I filled out a comment card in the changing room to thank me for my comment, she also called after my last review to resolve the billing issue.
A new receptionist printed my remaining balance and did not realize my gift card was bought at a discount. To be fair I did not bring up the issue during my initial visit because it was a gift card and I wasn't sure of the circumstances under which it was bought. I became upset after talking with my boyfriend and learning he had bought at a discount and because of that I gave them 3 stars. Without that issue, I would have rated 5.
The manager called me today to let me know it was a misunderstanding and that I had my full 60 minute massage waiting for me when I came back. I can't wait to use it and I'm sure I will be back!
